Crispy on the outside, with a melty cheesy centre with a little spice, these easy cheese samosas are a quick to make fun way to mix up your snack time!

How to Make Cheese Samosas

There are two tricks to getting these samosas right. Actually let's be honest there are no tricks. Just simple instructions.

  • Don't overstuff, one spoonful is plenty!
  • Just follow the folding instructions, the flat style is perfect for containing and cooking the filling!
step by step of folding a cheese samosa

What kind of cheese should I use?

Cream cheese is creamy and tart so to get that fun cheesy pull feel I like to use a little monterey jack. Feel free to use whatever you have handy! I have been testing this one with paneer and mozzarella to replicate Pakistani bakery cheese samosas, but I am not quite there yet! fingers crossed!
